Jenny
Jenny was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas, where she was very involved with horses. She competed extensively on the local hunter/jumper circuit from a young age through college. Her passion for horses lead her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a large animal pre-veterinary medicine focus as well as an equine certificate from Kansas State University, where she graduated in 2016. While in college, Jenny was also an active founding member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association Club Team at KSU, and was even able to attend Nationals in 2015 where she placed 8th in her division, one of her “personal best” moments of her riding career. In 2018, Jenny made the move to Salina, where she transitioned from the “crazy horse lady” to the “crazy dog lady.” She now has two dogs, a yellow Labrador Retriever, Gunner, and a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd mix, Ruger, who are the center of her world. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time outside, particularly at the lake with her husband Kody, and playing with Gunner and Ruger.
