Required Vaccinations
To ensure the safety and health of all pets in our care, we require that dogs and cats have up-to-date vaccinations before their grooming appointments
Canines: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, Lepto*
Felines: Rabies, Feline Distemper
*Not required, but highly recommended.
Grooming Release Form
The Grooming Release Form will give options on how to proceed under different circumstances – if your pet needs additional services, such as vaccines or exams, please let us know upon check in – this will be submitted after completion.
